Siepmann Realty has a long history of constructing high quality developments that incorporate natural features into their projects. An excellent example of this is the Gateway West Commerce Center located on quickly developing Capitol Drive. This high quality business park designed by Teska Associates, Inc. has set the standard for future commercial development in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

The goal of the project was to create a business community of high-tech buildings that were carefully laid out to preserve existing natural features of the property. Of the park's 200 acres, approximately 70 acres are high quality natural wetlands. The lot size and actual configuration of the buildings in the park were carefully designed to work around existing hedgerows and woodlands. The buildings in the development also need to conform to appropriate architectural guidelines. The result is a development that harmoniously fits into the built and natural environment of this highly traveled corridor.
