The first major condominium development project for the Village of Harwood Heights' Lawrence Avenue Corridor Revitalization, Clock Tower Pointe is a six story condominium development with a variety of landscape features.
Teska Associates worked with Zitella Development to ensure proper coordination with the Village's planned public streetscape efforts, including a landscaped corner plaza with clock tower feature and public seating areas along Lawrence Avenue. Other components of the landscape include a central automobile court with custom fountain feature, private flowering garden areas, landscaped entry areas, and lush foundation plantings.
