Anticipating future growth, Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church retained Teska to help guide them through the development potential of a 120-acre piece of property in Hartland, Wisconsin.
A large central recreational quadrangle will be anchored by the Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church, and the Lake County Lutheran High School. Additional smaller uses around the quad will be a Y.M.C.A., a nursery and day care center, a senior center, and a leadership center. Careful planning and design ensure that the core of the campus remains a pedestrian friendly area that also protects sensitive natural resources.
In addition to the main quadrangle, the Teska design team also looked at residential development opportunities for the balance of the 120-acres.
