Ivy Court Townhomes is a 32-unit development located a couple of blocks from downtown Evanston in the Northwestern University Research Triangle.
Teska's landscape architects developed an overall Landscape Master Plan for the development, highlighted by a formal courtyard garden in the middle of the development. The Teska team worked closely with the project architects to develop unique design solutions to enable plantings in the courtyard, which exists over an underground parking structure. Natural limestone planters, blue stone paving, extensive plantings, a water fountain, and cottage benches highlight the courtyard design.
