The goal of the project was to create a business community of high-tech buildings that were carefully laid out to preserve existing natural features of the property. Of the park's 200 acres, approximately 70 acres are high quality natural wetlands. The sizes and actual configuration of the building sites in the park were carefully designed to work around existing hedgerows and woodlands. The buildings in the development also need to conform to standardized architectural guidelines. The result is a development that harmoniously fits into the built and natural environment of this highly traveled corridor.
