The Chicago Bears broke ground for their new 37.5 acre, 15 million dollar headquarters and training complex in Lake Forest, IL. The site is located on what was formerly known as LeWa Farm.
Working jointly with the LeWa Company and the Chicago Bears, Teska prepared the site analysis and concept plans which led to the agreement to build at this location. Special consideration was given to preserving nearby wetlands and woodlands, considered by the Chicago Bears to be a key asset to the property.
