Teska Associates is providing site planning and urban design services to a new, mixed use development in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The development emphasizes sustainable building practices in the open spaces, urban spaces, and streetscape network. Native plant species, bioswales, level spreaders and other ‘BMP's' are being considered to handle the stormwater management and to limit the offsite discharge into nearby Geneva Lake.
