Located outside of Milwaukee, this open space subdivision occupies 180 acres of which only 80 acres are developed. The remaining 100 acres are dedicated to permanent open space and contain a restored prairie habitat, existing woodlands, a segment of a national scenic trail, and a variety of neighborhood recreational facilities.
Teska designers were careful to ensure that all 71 of the 1 acre homesites would have direct access to the abundant open space, while preserving the unique natural amenities of the site. This unique site design, along with the preservation of the open space and natural features was a leading factor in the marketing and selling of the homesites.
