Algonquin has been one of the fastest growing suburbs in the Chicago area in the past 10 years. To make sure that this growth is well planned and designed, the Village has retained Teska to review all major development projects, including over 50 large residential and commercial planned developments. Development reviews often include sketches for alternative solutions which better meet Village goals and design standards. In addition to development review, Teska has also assisted the Village in regular Comprehensive Plan updates and development of a detailed plan and guidelines for a proposed business park.
