TIF DISTRICT 1 & 2
Nearly 10 years into its downtown tax increment finance projects, the Village of Arlington Heights retained Teska to prepare analysis of past, present and future fiscal conditions of the two districts. The product of the analysis has been used to establish public policy regarding the incentives for redevelopment. The report also included a mechanism for systematical future update and annual monitoring of the critical fiscal pulse points. Teska also provided review of proposed TIF incentives for two major downtown mixed-use redevelopment projects.
