Teska Associates, Inc., established in 1975, provides expert community planning and landscape architecture services. The firm is prequalified with the State of Illinois and Chicago Department of Transportation (IDOT & CDOT) and has offices in Evanston and Plainfield, Illinois. Teska is also 1 of 5 firms pre-qualified by the RTA for community planning grants, including Transit Oriented Development. Teska was honored to receive three of the nine APA-IL awards handed out in 2011. "The Village of Lombard Downtown Plan" won in the category of Strategic Plan, "Smart Communities in Chicago Master & Neighborhood Plan" won in Implementation and "Sustainable Decatur" won for Sustainability.  A special thanks to the communities and individuals who took part and contributed to these special efforts!
