Mr. Martin has a diverse background in land planning, site design, landscape architecture, urban design/planning and graphic design. He ­has worked as a project manager on numerous projects utilizing his skills in design, site analysis, site planning and construction techniques.


Mr. Martin emphasizes innovative and quality design solutions which are still cost effective for his clients. Examples of his projects include site design for a 200 acre neo-traditional community in Furnessville IN; site design for a 100-acre regional mall in Peoria IL; open space community designs on numerous sites in southeastern Wisconsin; site planning for a 200 acre traditional community in Loves Park IL; site planning for a mixed-use golf course community in Country Club Hills IL; and site design for the 2,000 acre Errol Flynn estate in Jamaica.

Jeff has also prepared landscape and hardscape designs for numerous homebuilders, health care providers, restaurants, retailers, and developers throughout the Chicagoland region. He has also been involved with urban design and streetscape projects in Evanston IL, Greensboro NC, Lemont IL, Bartlett IL and Burlington IA. Jeff is a registered landscape architect in Illinois. Jeff holds a B.L.A., Bachelor of Fine and Applied Arts from the School of Landscape Architecture, University of Illinois (Urbana), and is a registered landscape architect in Illinois.
