Amy Riseborough – Associate
An experienced graphic designer and former creative director, Ms. Riseborough joined Teska in 2014 and has been helping “up” their style game ever since. With a Masters in Urban Design and Regeneration from the University of Westminster in London – AND – a Masters in Visual Communication from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Amy’s foundation in design is as diverse as the roles she serves at Teska.
Ms. Riseborough applies her multi-disciplinary skills in all aspects of print and multi-media projects. Recent assignments include internal refinement and brand selection for Teska’s updated logo, document design and production for the Zion Comprehensive Plan Update, branding and outreach assistance for Glencoe’s Downtown TuneUp, the development of engagement tactics and on-street outreach for Evanston’s Fountain Square Redesign, and website creation and maintenance for Chicago’s 119th Street Corridor Plan. While Amy’s experience is rooted in graphic design she brings with it a strong emphasis in print production, marketing tactics and a solid understanding of color theory and typography.
Prior to joining Teska, Amy worked for 10+ years as a Creative Director for several design consultancies in the UK. In this role she led design teams to the successful completion of business to business print and web-based projects for blue chip clients in London and Amsterdam.
Ms. Riseborough is actively involved in the Evanston Historic Preservation Commission, currently serving her second term.
