Francesca Sallinger – Associate

Ms. Sallinger joined Teska in June 2017 after earning her Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Francie’s interests and experience span from community and economic development to active transportation planning and planning-related policy. Recent projects include her graduate thesis work on grassroots economic development in Mercer County, Illinois, research on the future effects of autonomous vehicles, development of bicycle and pedestrian plans, and a neighborhood housing needs assessment in partnership with Habitat for Humanity.

Francie also received her undergraduate degree in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is an active member of the American Planning Association.
