Matthew Gebhardt has five years experience working as a professional planner, including experience in comprehensive plans, zoning ordinances, Tax Increment Financing studies, site plan review, and GIS.

Mr. Gebhardt has participated in the review of site plans in Plano, IL, Bloomingdale, IL and Algonquin, IL. He has been involved in the development of Comprehensive Plans for Plainfield, IL; Oregon, IL; and Savoy, IL and comprehensive plan revisions for Plano, IL; Rochelle, IL; and South Elgin, IL. He has participated in the development of a comprehensive plan and zoning ordinance for Broadview, IL. In addition, Mr. Gebhardt has participated in the preparation of a Tax Increment Financing Eligibility Study and Plan for South Elgin, IL and for North Aurora, IL.

Mr. Gebhardt has recently returned to Teska after a three year hiatus during which he worked as an instructor and research assistant at Columbia University while pursuing his Ph.D. in urban planning.
