PAM
HIRTH
Senior Associate
Ms. Hirth has been involved in community development
for over 16 years and has extensive experience working with
small and mid-sized high growth communities. As a municipal
project manager, she has evaluated and made recommendations
on a wide range of projects consisting of multi-product type
residential subdivisions, large commercial shopping centers,
and various industrial and business park developments. She
has also participated in the evaluation and updating of Zoning
Ordinances, Sign Ordinances, Comprehensive Land Use Plans,
and Development and Subdivision Control Ordinances. In the
communities that Pam has worked, she has demonstrated strong
organizational skills, management and leadership competence,
and a consistent commitment to attain the highest possible
development standards.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning degree from
the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has been
a member of the American Planning Association since 1986.
Prior to joining TAI, Pam served as a Community Development
Director for the Village of Oswego, a Planning and Zoning
Administrator for the Village of Bolingbrook and Village of
Palatine, and a Planner for the Village of Schaumburg.
