As such, we have developed this community tour to allow participants in the Western Springs downtown planning effort to take a closer look at a few nearby and comparable downtowns. We had originally planned on doing this as a bus tour, but given concerns about the Open Meetings Act, have decided to offer this as a self-guided tour.
