The Elevate Devon Corridor Plan used market information, extensive community feedback, and creative branding to create a framework plan for Devon Avenue, the borderline between the Edgewater and Rogers Park neighborhoods of Chicago. The plan prioritized pedestrian-friendly recommendations for this multi-ethnic, international and economically diverse community.

Engagement techniques included pop ups, online surveys, and student ambassadors to amass more than more than 1,200 poll responses, 900+ social media shares, and 8,000 website views.
