From his start in neighborhood-based development to leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects, he has been able to work with all types of communities to help them achieve their aspirations. There is nothing Scott likes more than to pull together a team at Teska for a quick charrette to untangle the latest assignment and uncover solutions that meet our client's needs. Scott specializes in community planning, fiscal impact analysis, and locally-led housing and economic development initiatives.
