Creating “place” with creative site planning, people-focused design, connectivity, and thoughtful public spaces.
The Pabst Farms Master Plan brings 450 acres of vacant land, and several existing and proposed developments, under one shared vision. Teska led the master plan and shaped it around community needs, market trends, and a clear framework that ties the pieces together. The result set the stage for the development that followed.
Pabst59 shows the plan at work. Developed by Wingspan Development Group, the 59-acre mixed-use destination is turning long-vacant land into a place to live, work, and play. Teska supported the development team from land planning and site planning through entitlements. After municipal approvals, Teska produced construction documents for streetscapes, plazas, and open spaces that carry the master plan’s urban design goals into built form. Pabst59 is now under construction, and its early phases are already reshaping the site.
