Four Along the Shore… and One More!

Several recent projects for Teska clients have demanded our creativity, dedication and problem solving. What's better? Each project has received municipal review and approvals for planned unit development since the 2021 year has started.

1. Arden Shores in Lake Bluff, Illinois received approval for residential and golf course site planning;

2. Farpoint Development in Highland Park received approval for the Arlyn School and residential development;

3. Long awaited approval was received for Cedar Vineyard in Port Washington, Wisconsin; and

4. Artists Book House was approved at the historic Harley Clarke Mansion in Evanston, Illinois.

Harley Clarke Artists Book House | Renderings by Eifler & Associates

In addition to receiving PUD approval, they are all located on Lake Michigan's beautiful shoreline! The individual design strategies demanded specific solutions, with each one being tailored to address unique land use, site configuration and community requirements. One more not on the shore is the medical office and planned campus development in Lake Forest, Illinois that includes drive-thru coffee. Thanks to our clients, staff and municipalities -- 2021 has been off to a busy start!
